Refund policy
Effective date: 19 September 2026
This policy explains when you can cancel, when you can ask for a charge already taken to be returned, and how to request it.
1. Who this applies to
This policy applies to subscriptions to TIB — The Invisible Bridge, software operated by Mihai Morariu · Empresario individual · NIF X9002058L · Calle Padre José Aguirre, 5, 26500 Calahorra, La Rioja, España.
Payments are processed through Paddle, which acts as merchant of record and issues the invoice. Where a refund is due, it is paid back through Paddle to the original payment method.
2. Cancelling is not the same as a refund
Cancelling means your subscription will not renew again. A refund means returning an amount already charged. They are separate and must be requested separately.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancelling prevents future renewals and you keep access until the end of the period already paid. Cancelling alone does not create a pro-rata refund of the current period.
4. Free trial
The three-month trial needs no card and creates no charge, so there is nothing to refund. If you activate a plan before the trial ends, billing starts when you expressly confirm it.
5. When we do refund
In these cases we return the corresponding amount. If the issue affects only part of the period, we may offer a pro-rata refund or an equivalent extension, at your choice.
- Duplicate charge or technical billing error.
- A charge taken after an effective cancellation.
- An amount charged that differs from what you subscribed to.
- A serious service failure that prevents you from using TIB and that we fail to resolve within a reasonable time after you report it.
6. When we normally do not refund
We do not refund periods already elapsed simply because the service was not used, nor commercial results not achieved, since TIB is a support tool and does not guarantee results. Every request is reviewed individually before we answer. We do not offer an additional general goodwill refund window: we apply the legal rights available to you and Paddle's refund policy in force, including any discretionary refunds Paddle may grant. We do not promise automatic refunds that Paddle does not guarantee.
7. How to request one
Write to the address below from the email linked to your account, stating the charge date, amount and reason. We confirm receipt and the decision in writing. If a refund is due, we process it through Paddle.
8. Payout times
How long the money takes to reach your account depends on Paddle and on your bank or payment provider. We do not promise a specific timeframe because it is not under our control.
9. Your statutory rights
This policy does not limit mandatory rights granted to you by applicable law in your country, including withdrawal rights where they legally apply. TIB is aimed at professionals and businesses, and consumer withdrawal rights do not always apply to a professional subscription.
